ArsNova is a partner of the Le Bon en avant 2024! competition. This competition, organised by the association Les Insatiables of the group SOS, recognises the value of chefs in institutional catering working for social and educational establishments.
After an initial selection in the region, they form a regional duo consisting of one chef from a school and another from a medical-social establishment. A partnership is established with a producer from their region to promote one of their products. Particular attention must be paid to the eco-responsibility of the dish (no waste in the kitchen and seasonality of the products used).
The 2024 final took place on 17 June in Paris under the patronage of three-star chef (and very committed to supporting professionals in the mass catering industry) Régis Marcon. A jury made up of secondary school students and professionals (chefs and those working for EPAHDs) tasted and rated the 4 recipes presented: starter, main course, vegetarian main course, dessert.
The duo from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region won this 2024 edition.
