The mobile kitchen

This lorry, equipped with household goods, offers participatory and educational cookery workshops to promote healthy, sustainable and sociable eating.

The food truck is a programme of our Culinary Arts division, deployed with the logistical support of the association Les Insatiables.
This truck travels around France to meet people who do not always have access to healthy and sustainable food.
Equipped with household goods for the general public, it goes directly to the places where these people are, and offers them participatory and educational cooking workshops.

What we want is to (re)introduce the pleasure of cooking together, and share recipes and tips that are easy to reproduce at home to recreate social ties around the table.

The first tour of the ArsNova mobile kitchen took place in the Grand-Est region last July.
From 15 to 19 July 2024, children from leisure centres in Epernay and Reims, as well as participants in a Red Cross festival, were able to benefit from the recipes and tips of a dietician and professional supervisors.

Tasty, balanced seasonal recipes, cooked and then savoured to the delight of food lovers: courgette boats, chocolate cakes, fruit tarts, burgers, melon verrines... there was something for everyone!

The budding chefs left with a smile on their faces, with a basket of fruit and vegetables from a local producer, and with the recipes they had made in the truck so they could reproduce them at home with their families!

The truck will be back on tour in September 2025.
